Outfit : cropped sweater

Hi there !

Today I want to show you this cropped sweater by Supertrash. 

I find this sweater really hard to wear because of the length of the sweater.

When you wear crop tops people expect you to have a flat tummy, which I don't so I don't really own any crop tops.. But I do like them !

I bought this cropped sweater I think a year ago and haven't really worn it often. I bought it because I loved the print when I first saw it and when I tried it on I also fell in love with the oversized fit.  

The skull print immediately strikes to me when I see it hanging in my closet, but I just find it hard to combine it. 

But I did it ! 

I made an outfit for you with this cropped sweater with basic jeans and my Isabel Marant sneakers. 

The sneaker just perfectly match the jeans and sweater ! Just a gold watch and you don't need any more asseccoires ! I hope you like it ! 

Aaaaaand today is my little sisters birthday ! Yeaaah, just want to say I love her !

Outfit : Hello December

Hello December ! I hope you will be wonderful !

I love december ! It has Sinterklaas (dutch santa claus) and Christmas and not forget New Years Eve in it ! I love all the warm winter nights you can spend on the couch with hot chocolate an cozy socks an pyjamas. Speaking about that, I really need to get a new one this winter...

This outfit is of course all about the fluffy coat I'm wearing. Let's say you can't miss it ! 

I love the color of this coat, I haven't seen anything like this. I don't know which brand it's from because it's my moms coat.. Thank the gods that she saves all of her 'special' clothes for me !

I didn't really know if I should wear a scarf with this.. and if I should: black or this purple one ?

Outfit : Layers

Hi there readers, 

Yesterday when I was in college I read something so creepy it really made my guts crawl.. A Russian research called ' the sleeping experiment'. If you like a good horror story I suggest you look it up. 

But to my outfit, it's getting colder and colder in the Netherlands which makes a good opportunity to create outfits with layers ! Yes, warm winter layers ! I had to do some multi tasking so you can see I took these pictures right before walking my dog (he is hiding behind me). 

It seems that he didn't want to be in the picture today, when normally when I'm taking pictures he loves to walk around in front of my camera... 

I wore a black blazer with a tartan blouse. I like the tartan trend, but as you might know I like to wear things in different ways, so I wore my tartan blouse as a detail to my outfit and not as the main subject of it. I've seen a lot of bloggers wear these kinds of blouses knotted around their waist, but I don't think that's much of a winter look. I like the color blue, and it look great with a combination of grey and black ! To make it more of a winter look a also put on my beanie as a nice accessoire.

I'm a soldier

Here we go again ! A new outfit post..

I've shown you this shirt in summer already, but suddenly the weather felt like being spring again so I was able to wear a short sleeved shirt. Sadly only for one day, but I wanted to make an outfit post for you. Also to show you this beautiful ripped jeans I got from H&M this summer. Looks gorgeous right ? I'm not wearing jewelry on this look, but I found this fancy belt. I thought to myself I don't need jewelry when I have got this belt on ! 

I just finished all my assignments for school and I'm sooo happy ! I hope to go to a nice party tomorrow to celebrate my hard work ! And off course I hope the hard work pays off. 

I don't really have a lot to tell you... I just hope you like this look ! Let me know what you think !

Outfit : So what ? I'm still a rockstar

Hi there readers ! 

As you can see ; I made a new outfit post. I decided to wear my Lita's again, because it's been a while. When some time ago I saw this cute golden sweater in my closet I decided it would look so cool with these shoes. There is a tiger on the sweater, but you can barely see it. That's why I liked it so much, because last year the Kenzo tiger was so huge and every one had such a sweater. And styled it with a beautiful small golden bracelet by Modemusthaves, a dutch webshop I really like. I just love the combination ! 

I always get a lot of looks on these shoes, but also a lot of compliments ! I really like them myself, and I should wear them more often. They just look so kickass haha 

A short post for now, because I'm finishing many school projects right now ! But I hope to be shooting a new outfit tomorrow !

Outfit ; The color of autumn

The color of autumn.. I can honestly say that this autumn my favorite color is burgundy ! Such a warm nice color. And you can combinate it with many other colors ! When you are a brunette this color looks really good on you ! When you're a blond you can also wear burgundy this fall, but you can also go with yellow which is also really a thing this fall ! Today I'm not wearing a lot of details, because I'm very busy with school.. So I had to shoot these pictures really fast and get back to work. 

To still make it look a little edgy I wore these awesome Jeffrey Campbell's I bought in Amsterdam a while ago. I always get so many compliments on these shoes, mostly on the fact that I can walk on these babes for a whole day straight.. Maybe it's one of my hidden talents ?

As I'm really really busy I'm going to keep this post short !

Outfit ; Match game

Hi there readers, 

Today I'm wearing a sporty and comfortable outfit with a little glitter here and there. I had so many appointments today, so I was in need of a comfy outfit. Don't you think my shoes just perfectly match my shirt ?! Indeed. Well as you can see at the last pictures I have a very happy looking smile on my face.. Because the fair is in town ! That means cotton-candy and I love that soooo much ! Sweet fluffy goodness  ahhh yeah ! 

I wanted to tell you something about the store where I bought this lovely sequins baseball shirt. The store is called Lace Damesmode ( dutch, yes) in a town called Best. This is near the place where I live. The store is owned by a nice lady, who happens to be my neighbor. She is always willing to help me when I have style issues or other problems with make up or anything. I just wanted to say that if you live in or near Best you should totally go visit her shop ! She sells great brands like Armani Jeans, Nikki Plessen, Liu Jo and many more !

Trend : Fall trends

Today I was walking through Eindhoven and I spotted a few trends I wanted to write about.
Looking in the shop-windows it didn't really seem to matter what you are going wear this fall as long as you use some uncommon fabric. If it's leather, fur, sequins or animal/aztec print you can go totally wild this fall !

- Furry coats
A musthave this fall that I personally love love love ! If its short and thick fur or long fluffy hair doesn't matter, everything is possible. Soft and warm and it doesn't bite, who wouldn't want a furry friend like that ?  Ofcourse we are all going for a fake fur coat, to save some of the sweet animals. I found an old fur coat of my mom last week which is totally gonna be on my blog soon. Here are some pictures to inspire you :

- Grunge look
The grunge look is back this fall, spotted on different runways ( Saint Laurent, Dries van Noten, Phillip Lim). Most bloggers have picked it up starting with checkered print and cut out boots. But lets not forget the leather jackets and pants, which were also a real hit last year. You can find a checkered shirt at almost every shop, like zara. They also have a really nice checkered coat this season !

- Aztec scarfs
I have seen them everywhere ! In all the small webshops I know you can find a big aztec-printed scarf in every color you can imagine. Personally I'm not a big fan of this trend, but I might grow to like it.. I do like big scarfs which you can wrap around like 10000 times, hmm so cozy.

A symmetric skirts :
Yeah you can read it, the skort is here to stay ! But I've also seen allot of draped skirts, which actually got the same look as a skort but then it's really a skirt. I think this is a nice trend, because I'm not really a girlie kind of girl anyway.. and I think a skort looks allot tougher then a skirt.
Some more trends who will keep hanging around this season are the sneakerwedges. Which blogger haven't you seen in them ?? And yes, even I own a pair or two.. Ofcourse the Isabel Marants are the most wanted but there are brands who are a bit more, uhm affordable.
Also you will keep on seeing studs on your clothes and shoes because they aren't going anywhere soon either. Which is a good thing for everybody who did a DIY with studs on their stuff, because you can stay very fashionable this way !

Outfit ; Studs and a purple bandana

Damn, autumn has really started in the Netherlands it seems... It's so cold outside ! Well it does mean that I can wear allot of nice long-sleeved tops and I'm going with some comfy looks this fall. And with comfy I immediately start thinking about the color grey, which I love for the fall. 

My hair was looking a little odd today, so I decided I'd put a bandana in my hair. I also found my nice studded Uggs by Glamorous I bought last year. They are so nice and warm ! They're not so girlie because of the studs and that's why I bought them. I don't really like Uggs, although I have some pairs, but thats because they are very comfortable !

Outfit ; Coat of many colors

Hi there, I totally love this aztec-print coat by Zara ! I bought it in the sale, because otherwise I thought it would be too expensive. I'm just a poor student so I have to count every penny.. 

Sadly this beautiful coat doesn't go with every outfit, so I don't wear it very often. I like it most with a nice black skinny and a white shirt to make the colors of the coat pop. I call it my coat of many colors, wondering why ? It's because of the song by Dolly Parton, I think it's so beautiful and when I first saw this coat I immediately had to think about the song. With a big black scarf and my Celine bag I'm ready for school !

Outfit & Event : Vogue Fashion night out !

Lovely readers, I had such a great time at the Vogue Fashion Night Out yesterday ! I can recommend everyone to go there, not only if you're into fashion, but just to feel the vibe that is in the air on such an event. There were so many different people with different sense of style, I loved it ! Here I want to show you what I was wearing and where I've been. I went to Amsterdam with my best friend. There was champagne everywhere so that was a big plus for me ! Sipping Moet Chandon at Louis Vuitton and having fun in the Micheal Kors store. Damn, I love those bags so much ! 

Also, there was music everywhere on the streets. Something I personally love ! I was so impressed by the lady singing opera.. it was brilliant ! Also I love the sax, and this guy was standing next to a Lamborghini, at first sight he seemed to be standing on it, but there was a platform next to the car.. I expected to see Candy Dulfer ( a dutch female saxplayer), but I just missed her.. 

My best friend and I had a great time laughing and sipping all the champagne we could get. We first walked into a Gstar store, a brand I totally love ! I spotted some amazing jackets in their new collection, but they are known for their jeans. At the store we immediately had our picture taken, a polaroid picture.   Very cute !

 I had a great evening with a lot of fun and in the end I got a nice shirt from Vogue, Thanks !
